Azimuth Thruster removal under controlled conditions 

At Global Machinery Technologies our project management team supervises all facets of the dry dock process. This video shows the removal of a 65t BP towage vessel azimuth thruster unit during its 2nd cycle dry dock and IACS special survey.  Both units were disassembled and completely rebuilt for the owner under controlled conditions. 

Power Generation engine test run 

After reinstating a failed machinery plant for a Power Generation Station Global Machinery service technicians monitor the commissioning and operation of the equipment prior to the hand over. 

Dry Dock Paint application & inspections

Global Machinery Technologies project manage the dry dock daily operations. Here the GMT quality inspector instructs and oversees the surface preparation and application of the vessels anti-corrosive layer ensuring the WFT & DFT readings are within specification limits.
